386 New Cases and 12 Deaths in Iowa, Three More Cases and One Additional Death in Dubuque County

The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) was notified of 386 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Iowa, including three additional cases in Dubuque County.   

  • Iowa now has a total of 13,675 positive cases and Dubuque County has 238.
  • 12 additional deaths were reported today for Iowa, including one in Dubuque County bringing the state total to 318 and Dubuque County to 10.
  • As of May 13, 15 Dubuque County residents were hospitalized due to COVID-19 and 78 have recovered or are recovering.  Statewide, 405 Iowans are hospitalized and 6,231 Iowans have recovered.
  • 3,385 Dubuque County residents have been tested, resulting in a seven percent positive rate.  Statewide, 89,294 Iowans have been tested for a 15.3 percent positive rate.
