199 Additional Cases in Iowa Since Friday, Three More in Dubuque County 

Since Friday, the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) has been notified of 199 additional positive cases for a total of 1,587 positive cases. Three additional cases were announced for Dubuque County today: one adult (18-40 years) and two middle-age adults (41-60 years). This brings Dubuque County’s total of positive cases to 35.

There have been an additional 1,440 negative tests in Iowa for a total of 16,005 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs. Today’s results do not reflect a complete 24-hour cycle of testing as IDPH is currently transitioning to new reporting time frames.

According to IDPH, an additional 10 deaths were also reported since Friday:

  • Crawford County, older adult (61-80 years)
  • Johnson County, elderly adult (81+)
  • Linn County, 2 older adults (61-80 years), 4 elderly adults (81+) 
  • Madison County, older adult (61-80 years)
  • Washington County, 1 elderly adult (81+)
