- Dubuque County Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is providing free rides to COVID-19 vaccine clinic appointments. RTA services are open to the general public and available to persons of all income levels. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Please schedule your free ride as soon as your appointment is confirmed with the vaccine clinic and a minimum of 24 hours in advance. To schedule, call 563-588-4592 or 1-800-839-5005 (toll free) or dial 711 for Relay Iowa. All trip requests are subject to RTA availability.
