POSITIVE CASES 

• Dubuque County: 32 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 9,242
• Iowa: 1,222 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 229,019

ACTIVE CASES

• Dubuque County: 3,233 active cases (30 fewer than yesterday)

DEATHS

• Dubuque County: No additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 91
• Iowa: 28 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 2,403

HOSPITALIZATIONS

• Dubuque County Residents Hospitalized =  33 as of Nov. 28. (26 fewer than Nov. 23)
• Iowans Currently Hospitalized = 1,162 (13 fewer than yesterday.) 

RECOVERIES 

• Dubuque County: New recoveries = 62. Total number of recoveries = 5,918
• Iowa: New recoveries = 1,112. Total number of recoveries = 132,211

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS

Dubuque County:  6 long-term care facility outbreaks (same as yesterday) with 134 positive cases (same as yesterday), 19 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 82 recoveries (7 more than yesterday):

• Bethany Home, Dubuque (4 positive cases, 3 in the last 14 days, and 0 recoveries)
• Dubuque Specialty Care, Dubuque (7 positive cases, 0 in the last 14 days, and 4 recoveries)
• Luther Manor Communities, Dubuque (83 positive cases, 0 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 62 recoveries)
• Hawkeye Care Center, Dubuque(5 positive cases, 3 in the last 14 days, and 0 recoveries)
• ManorCare Health Services, Dubuque (15 positive cases, 2 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 9 recoveries)
• Shady Rest Care Center, Cascade (20 positive cases,11 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 7 recoveries) 

Iowa: 156 outbreaks (3 more than yesterday) with 4,950 positive cases, 2,077 recoveries, and 1,063 deaths to date.

TESTING & POSITIVITY RATE (Calculated by IDPH)

Dubuque County:

• 116 more individuals tested. Total residents tested to date = 44,142
• Test Positivity Rate: 14-day average = 16.9%, average to date = 20.9%.

Iowa:

• 3,065 more individuals tested. Total Iowa residents tested to date = 1,211,117
• Test Positivity Rate: 14-day average = 17.8%, average to date = 18.9%
