- Dubuque County: 46 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 2,859
- Iowa: 550 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 81,209
22% of all Dubuque County COVID-19 cases to date are among 19-24 year olds and 39% are

DEATHS
- Dubuque County: One additional death. Total deaths to date = 41
- Iowa: 19 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 1,285

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS
- Dubuque County: One long-term care facility outbreak at Sunnycrest Manor (11 positive cases, 3 recoveries).
